People always ask how to practice Yoga as a workout program. In this 30 min. routine, I combined Yoga with some workout exercises. I strength most of the body muscles like upper shoulder, arms, abdominal, hamstring and more. I hope you enjoy this routine. Please leave your comments and feedback.

This is a very useful routine for runners, as a warm-up, or after the run. If you run on a treadmill, this is a great routine at home. I added music to this one, let me know if you like it. Yoga for the LOVED ones 2021 #YFTLO2021
It is hard to lose a loved one! We did, like anyone else! We started our journey in Jan 2020 to share the love with the kids in the hospital. We hosted one day only fun day with Yoga, Meditation, and Aerodance, and with your help and generosity, we surpassed our goal. There is nothing more important than the health of the little ones in the hospital. We will continue our journey in Jan 2021, in a two-day virtual event, on Jan 22 and Jan 24, with Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Meditation, and Aerodance. You donate directly to the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation. **A minimum of 5$ donation is mandatory to participate in the event. For any donation of more than 15$, the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation will send a tax receipt. ***Once you donated, please send an email to me@yogaday.ca, and we will share the zoom link one day before the event.
