30 Min. All-Level Yoga Workout at Home

In the past few weeks, our lifestyle has changed. COVID19 made us work and live differently. We are more careful about where we go, what we touch and what we eat.

In the past few weeks, I did not go to work and continued my sessions remotely with my students.





I also tried to keep the balance of a healthy lifestyle at home as well. We do exercise on a daily basis at home, from running on the treadmill, to Yoga, and free dance style, every day and at a certain time.


By seeing how much my family and my students enjoy the exercises, I decided to record some of my routines and publish them on YouTube. Here is the first one. I hope you enjoy it.
