It is important to adjust your diet with the seasons and help your body to get ready for the fall season.
Here is a simple ginger tea recipe!
Ingredients
Fresh ginger root 4-5 slice
2 cups water
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1-2 teaspoon honey
Optional
Cinnamon stick
I star anis
Some cordomem
Fresh mint leaves
Chamomile flowers
How to make it
Peeled ginger roots and sliced to thin 4 or 5 or more. Then add your optional part, cinnamon, star anis or others
If you use a saucepan, bring water to a boil then add fresh ginger and turn off the heat and let sleep for 10 minutes.
If you use teapot, add fresh ginger to the teapot, then add boiling water and let rest for 10 minutes.
Then add fresh lemon juice and honey or any natural sweetener you like. Stir and enjoy!
